The Service Charter

We, the Civil Aviation Authority, have prepared and made available for the public our
service charter, as required by Section 33(2) of the
Civil Aviation Act 2000.The revision of the charter sets out:
• The general standards of service which you can expect us to provide in carrying
out our functions.
• The steps you can take if you consider that these standards have not been met.
• What we will do to “put it right” where both agree that these standards have not
been met.
• The options for resolving the matter if we cannot agree.
