Shelley Launa

Ms. Shelley Launa is a pioneering gender specialist and the Managing Director of Starbrook Investment PNG Limited, with over 36 years of experience in leadership and social development. A graduate of the University of Papua New Guinea, she currently serves as a board member of the CASAPNG, representing the Social Law Order and Justice sector.

In addition to her role at CASAPNG, Ms. Launa is a Permanent Council Member at UPNG, where she chairs the committee for Gender Equity, Disability, and Social Inclusion. Her extensive governance background includes prior service on the Papua New Guinea Forestry Board and a deep commitment to strategic nation-building.
