Michael Jack Terim

Mr. Terim is a safety and quality leader with 30 years of industry experience including leadership positions within defense aerospace and maritime sectors as well in civil aviation. With a professional experience in Flight Operations and Aerospace Design Engineering, Michael spent most of his career overseas holding diverse roles from Flight instruction to Team Leader design and through life support of complex sociotechnical systems. In his current role as CASA PNGs Executive Manager Safety & Quality Assurance, Mr. Terim is responsible for leading our team that delivers on the acceptable level of safety and quality performance of the civil aviation industry of PNG.

Mr. Terim’s Education and qualification includes:

· Bachelor of Sci (Aerospace ) Honors-Newcastle

· Master of Aviation Safety Economics-Newcastle

· Commercial Pilot License/Flight Instructor Rating

· PNG Institute of Directors

· Institute of Managers and Leaders (ANZ)
