Ms. Symone Alice Patimos is an experienced human resources and aviation governance professional with more than 14 years of service at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Papua New Guinea. She currently serves as Manager, Human Resources at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority of Papua New Guinea (CASA PNG), where she provides leadership in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and workforce planning. She has played a key role in strengthening CASA PNG’s institutional capacity through strategic HR initiatives, executive support, governance reporting, payroll management and staff development programs. Ms. Patimos holds a Master of Business Administration in Aviation, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts degree.
