Gloria Sikre is a distinguished legal professional serving as the Manager of Legal Services and Acting General Counsel for CASAPNG. Admitted to the bar in 2019, Ms. Sikre brings a specialized focus on aviation law, legislative reform, and corporate governance to the authority’s leadership team.

With a deep understanding of both domestic and international regulatory frameworks, she provides comprehensive legal and strategic advice to ensure CASAPNG operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance. Her portfolio is diverse, ranging from high-stakes litigation to the complex management of international air law treaties.

Ms. Sikre holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Papua New Guinea (2017) and completed her professional certification at the Legal Training Institute in 2018. She is an active Member of the PNG Law Society, committed to advancing legal excellence and regulatory strength within the aviation sector of Papua New Guinea.
